How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a site visit. We walk the yard with you, measure, look at slope and drainage, and ask how you use the space. After that you get a quote in writing that lists the work included, so you can compare it with other bids.
If a job needs a permit, engineering, or approval from the city, we raise it early and plan the schedule around it. We keep you informed as the work goes on. When you hire any contractor, ask to see a current license and proof of insurance, and ask for the scope in writing. Those are fair requests, and you should expect clear answers.
